Shipping policy

INFO COVID-19: due to the virus, shipping times may be increased, we thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.

All orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For our customized yoga mats, the expected processing time is 5-7 days, this time includes recompiling your design into an Adobe Illustrator file (to ensure high quality printing) as well as printing. Depending on your location, shipping should take 7-14 business days. For our balance board, these are made to order and require a 1 week processing time for cutting, sanding and staining/painting. Depending on your location, shipping should take 7-14 business days.

We currently offer free shipping to all of Europe and North America for our customized yoga mats.

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable.
