Refund policy

We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if that's not the case, don't worry! Send us an email with your name, order number and the reason for your return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please kindly note that we can only accept returns of non-customized products that have not been used or modified and are in a resellable state with the original packaging. All returns must be postmarked within 14 of delivery.

The shipping costs will not be returned except in the cases where the product is damaged, defective or there is a discrepancy in the order. In these cases, please send us a photo of the damaged product. We may ask you to return the incorrect or damaged product. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs for returning the product and we will not charge you for the shipping of the replacement merchandise.

In the case of a damaged or incorrect customized order, please contact us as soon as possible (at customer-service@yogiterre.com) so we can resolve this issue for you!
